How we work

Clear scope.A project moving forward.

Understand your needs, organise contributions and make the work easy to follow. This is how an engagement with Koldia takes shape.

  • Understand.
  • Organise.
  • Deliver.
  1. Understand your starting point

Your situation, your goal, your constraints and what matters to you. We clarify the need before proposing an approach.

  2. Define the scope

Priorities, deliverables, contributors, timing and terms are set out in a proposal before work begins.

  3. Move the work forward

Agreed actions are carried out. Check-ins provide an opportunity to share progress and address the decisions needed.

  4. Check and hand over

We review the work completed, the materials delivered and any actions still needed. Any further support is discussed separately.

An engagement may be a one-off project or an ongoing collaboration. Its organisation depends on your needs.

What this can look like in practice.

This example shows one way to organise an engagement. It does not describe a client project or an offer with a fixed scope.

  1. Understand

Identify your visitors, the services to present and the action the website should help them take.

  2. Scope

Define the pages, content, features and responsibilities.

  3. Build

Create the pages and review them with you at agreed stages.

  4. Check

Check mobile layouts, links and the contact journey before launch.
